Company Introduction

“Taliin Tavan Undur Trade ” Meat Processing Plant was established in 2015 and currently operates with more than 90 employees. Leveraging Mongolia’s traditional livestock industry and its natural, pure raw materials, the company produces hygienically safe meat and meat products using modern processing technology, supplying both domestic and international markets.

The plant initially operated on a 5,374 m² site. Through additional investments and expansion projects, the total operational area has now reached 8,664 m². This expansion has played a vital role in enhancing the plant’s production capacity, developing its infrastructure, and meeting international standards for modern meat processing.

Out of the total area, 3,665.1 m² is dedicated to production facilities, which include all major operations such as raw material receiving, slaughtering lines, classification, refrigeration, packaging, storage, and laboratory services — forming a fully integrated production system.

Beyond expanding its production capabilities, the company also prioritizes the well-being of its employees. To support this, 275 m² of residential space has been purchased to provide comfortable living conditions for staff. This initiative contributes to workforce stability, employee satisfaction, and productivity — all of which play a significant role in the sustainable growth of the company.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Development

The “Taliin Tavan Undur Trade” LLC Meat Processing Plant not only focuses on economic efficiency but also strives to create a positive social impact through diverse initiatives and long-term goals. One of our key priorities is to establish sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships with local herders.

We maintain a stable pricing policy and purchase raw materials directly from herders, helping to ensure consistent income and reduce financial risks for rural communities.

Since the establishment of our plant, the number of local job opportunities has significantly increased, providing direct and indirect employment for 100–150 people. This has become an important factor contributing to the social and economic development of the region.

Beyond purchasing livestock, we also aim to collaborate with herders to improve animal quality and breeding standards. By supporting the breeding of healthy and high-yield livestock, we contribute to the long-term sustainability of the livestock sector.

To further support herders, we regularly organize training programs and informational sessions on topics such as animal health, proper raw material preparation, storage, and transportation. These efforts help lay a strong foundation for ensuring meat quality and food safety standards.

At the same time, we are committed to environmentally responsible production practices. The by-products and waste generated during production — such as hides, bones, fat, and blood — are recycled and repurposed for use in leather processing, feed production, and other animal-based industries. This approach helps reduce waste and promotes the efficient use of natural resources.

Environmental Management

Our plant operates with a strong commitment to minimizing environmental impact and maintaining ecological balance. To promote sustainable development, we implement an environmentally friendly and intelligent management policy, which includes several key initiatives.

We focus on recycling animal by-products to reduce waste and create value-added products, ensuring more efficient and responsible resource use.

Within the plant, we have established a waste separation and recycling system, enabling systematic and effective waste management practices throughout the production process.

Looking ahead, we plan to gradually introduce renewable energy sources, particularly solar power, as part of our long-term strategy to reduce our carbon footprint. This initiative reflects our commitment to being an environmentally responsible and sustainable organization for the future.

Domestic and International Markets

In recent years, the export market for Mongolian meat and meat products has shown consistent growth, reflecting the increasing competitiveness of our sector and growing trust from international buyers. “Taliin Tavan Öndör Trade” LLC Meat Processing Plant leverages this opportunity with a strategic plan to supply products to both domestic and international markets.

Domestic Market:
We ensure regular supply to Ulaanbaatar and major provincial centers, developing retail channels and consistently delivering high-quality, reliable meat products to consumers.
