Factory Structure and Capacity

The meat processing plant of “Taliin Tavan Undur Trade” LLC is fully equipped with infrastructure and machinery that meet international standards. With its large-scale capacity, the plant is one of the major facilities in the region. Its production system covers every stage of meat processing, ensuring full compliance with export quality and hygiene standards.

Livestock Reception and Holding Area

The plant has a standard-compliant livestock yard capable of accommodating 300 large animals and 1,000 small livestock at once. The area is equipped with a watering system, ventilation, and shaded shelters to ensure animal welfare. A veterinary control unit operates within the premises, verifying the animals’ origin, health certificates, vaccination, and test results before approving them for processing.

Slaughtering Section

The slaughterhouse is organized in accordance with the HACCP international food safety standard. It can process cattle, sheep, goats, and horses, with an average daily capacity of 150–200 large animals and 400–500 small livestock. Based on special orders, the capacity can be increased up to 300–500 large and 1,500–2,000 small animals per day.

Primary Meat Processing and Chilling Section

After slaughter, meat is professionally sorted and processed according to standard classification. The chilled section stores the categorized meat at –18°C, using stainless steel equipment that fully meets hygiene requirements and allows easy cleaning and disinfection.

Freezing and Storage Facilities

For export preparation, deep freezing is carried out at –35°C in six freezing chambers with a total capacity of 66 tons. The plant also has five cold storage warehouses maintained at –18°C, with a combined capacity of 940 tons. Two chilling halls can temporarily store and stabilize up to 20 tons of meat before deep freezing. Overall, the plant’s total cold storage capacity reaches 1,000 tons, ensuring flexible production, inventory management, and logistics efficiency.

Packaging Section

Vacuum packaging, plastic wrapping, paper boxes, and export-standard labeling and numbering are used to ensure product quality and traceability.

Laboratory

The internal quality control laboratory conducts regular tests on microbiological safety, chemical composition, residual veterinary drugs, and heavy metals.

Transportation and Logistics

The company operates a fully automated logistics system with refrigerated transport vehicles and a monitoring system, ensuring smooth livestock collection from herders and efficient delivery of finished products for export.
